Can I add my logo and company branding to Tick Boxer templates?
Yes – all Tick Boxer template products are customisable, so you can add company logos and alter fonts and colours to reflect your branding and fit in with any other templates your company may use.
Can I add things or delete things from my Tick Boxer template?
Yes – all our templates are customisable files, so you can adapt them to suit your specific business needs. Some of our files have protection applied in order to activate check boxes and other MS Office functions, but full instructions are provided on how to disable protection so you can make changes, then reinstate once your changes are complete.
How do I access my Tick Boxer template after I have paid for it?
Once you have paid for your items or membership via our payment system, your template will be stored within your Member Account area on the Tick Boxer site. You will also be emailed a link to this page, so you can login and download your purchase.

Product Support

What software versions do I need to use Tick Boxer products?
Tick Boxer products are provided in Microsoft Office 2007 format as a minimum standard for easy use in Excel, Word or PowerPoint. If you are using an earlier version of Office (eg: Office 2000, Office XP or Office 2003), you can download a free Microsoft compatibility pack here.

Can Tick Boxer help me get my template set up correctly?
Absolutely! We offer both custom branding and custom set up for most of our products. With custom branding, you simply supply us with your logo and branding information, and we will brand your templates for you, and with custom set up, we will brand your templates and also import any client, rate, time of staff data which is required to use the template successfully (for example with our Financial Reports).
What if my template is corrupt or contains an error?
We thoroughly test each and every template available on this site, so if you do run into a problem, let us know and we will do our best to get it sorted for you. In the event that there is an error in one of our templates (highly unlikely if you ask us!) we will provide you a corrected template within 48 hours. In the event that your template has been corrupted by technical issues within your business/network, we will provide a replacement file and do what we can to help you find the cause of the problem and recommend any software updates you may need to use our products.

Fees, Payments and Refunds

Does Tick Boxer offer discounts for bulk purchases?
We offer a range of discounted membership bundles, which may suit your needs, and we also provide an automatic 10% discount for purchases of 5 of more products! This is calculated at the Checkout. If you are looking at making a bulk purchase of 10 or more products, please contact us and let us know what you’re after – we’ll see what we can do.
What payment types does Tick Boxer accept?
Payment for templates, tools and memberships can be made securely with a credit card via Paypal on this website. Payment for Memberships is also accepted via Paypal. Tick Boxer does not collect or store your credit card information. All credit card details are processed securely via our payment gateway provider, Paypal. We also accept payment via Bank Transfer for purchases, simply contact us for further information. We can also accept offline forms of payment such as company cheques or money orders, however, they must be supplied in Australian Dollars, and an additional $15 handling fee will apply. Again, contact us for further information. Unfortunately Tick Boxer is unable to accept payment by personal cheque or cash.
What if I download the wrong thing? Can I get a refund or swap?
Unfortunately as Tick Boxer offers digital products which are intangible by nature, we cannot issue refunds after a template has been purchased and download access provided to the end user. We encourage you to make sure you understand the nature and use of any template before purchasing from our site, and feel free to contact us prior to purchase for advice if you are not sure if a product is suitable for you.

Terms of Use

Can I use my Tick Boxer tools and templates at any business?
Unfortunately not. Tick Boxer grants a User License to the business who purchases each product (who is named on the Tax Invoice). As this license rests with the business, if you move to another business, the new business would need to purchase any products they wish to use.
Can I share my Tick Boxer tools and templates across my network?
Unfortunately not. Tick Boxer grants a single User License to the business who purchases each product or membership (who is named on the Tax Invoice). This also applies to businesses who are part of a larger network or parent group – Tick Boxer licenses are granted to individual businesses only. If you require a multi-user license (ie: across multiple businesses in a network), contact us for more information.
Can I sell Tick Boxer products to my clients?
Unfortunately not. Tick Boxer’s User License does not allow for any re-selling of our products, and we actively take measures to find and address any infringement of this part of our Terms and Conditions. You can check out our full Terms and Conditions for more information.
